I have a Wolfgang Puck one and an Elite. Got both from the Southern channel because at the time Q didn't have any 8Qt ones. I really like both of them but have been using the Wolfgang Puck one more as the Elite tends to scorch the bottom of the pan when I make chili, spaghetti sauce, etc. Doesn't with other things, just those tomato based dishes. Used to have an 8 QT oval that I loved but can't find one to replace it after had to return the Q TSV one about a year and a half ago that had so many problems.

I got that 8qt oval use it for ribs. Add water to your recipe, so, it won't boil out. The older models are heavier. Most recent one I bought was a small oval pressure cooker in a color and I noticed it was lighter in wgt. Still good products, but, the heavier ones are the better ones.

Sure do miss my oval one for longer items like ribs and corn on the cob. Non-stick on the insert started peeling so I had to give it up. Wish they would make those again, had it for years and loved it. That last oval TSV from Q was a disaster with all the blow outs and electronics that went poof. Too bad because it was the nice oval. Mine went the way of the failed electrical panel and with all of the blow outs on them I told them to forget sending me a replacement, wasn't worth the risk.

I've had Emeril's T-Fal PC for several years and love it.

Love my West Bend. Cooks at high and low pressure, steams, browns, warms, slow cooks, and cooks rice. It's 6 qts., perfect for for me & DH.

I have the CE 8qt oval pressure cooker. They don't sell it any longer. I also have the Cuisinart CPC600. I like it because it has a 3 yr warranty. It has 15 psi high pressure & 10 psi on low. You want one that has a 15 psi on high. These are both digital electric pressure cookers not stove top.

I have the technique but am not good cooking with it. Nothing taste that good to me. My next pot roast is going in the oven. My BBQ ribs I end up putting in the oven after the PC is done for just a while to get more flavor. I don't seem to save much time either.
