planning a luncheon at work

The director of my building has assigned me a task of finding something that will "pull" everyone together. She thought if I planned a luncheon once a month, people would stop eating at their desks and be more social. I do agree but I'm kind of pressed to up with an idea by tomorrow's staff meeting

I'd like to use a theme. Maybe for March it could be St. Pat's day. I would not be solely responsible for the food. I would send out the invite with the theme, time and place and ask everyone coming to bring something that "goes" with the theme.

Your ideas would be GREATLY appreciated. beanie
