I purchased some from Amazon before Easter that were larger, as I was making kulich, a Russian Easter bread. The paper is nice and tough and holds its shape pretty well and the decorations on mine were nice, too. My experience was positive. If I was thinking about purchasing 3x4s, I wouldn't hesitate. I did not use Pam. The paper peeled right off. Plus, there are a plethora of articles out there now about the unhealthful aspects of Pam and like sprays. After doing more research on the subject, I threw mine away and have chosen not to use it any more.
Good luck.

You prepare the small pans exactly as you would the large pans. Just adjust the baking time and do the toothpick test.

Like the others, I have used them, no Pam, work great for gifting homemade goodies
