I wonder if you can give me some info.

I think you said you purchased the red silicone roasting rack by Danesco?

If you have it, could you tell me if it's shape is flat or if it has a curve to it?

In the photo on Amazon, it appears to curve. Or, is it adjustable to be both flat and curved?

I have not seen this in person and there are no reviews to get info on details.

So, if you know, I would appreciate any info you can share.

I am seeking an adjustable or curved shape to use for turkey breast, rolled beef roasts, etc.

Is the silicone easy to soak and clean up?
