Have been on hold for 50 minutes now would be great if someone picked my call that was forced to make to place an order of an item!!

I just placed an order by phone to:

 

Call went right through to the automatic ordering process and is showing in my cart.  I tried on line, but I was having difficulty (I think because the color I selected was no longer available).  I also went back to my order history and was able to edit my color selection without any problem.

I tried to order, check wish list, etc. and there is nothing worth the "aggravation" or time to "sit on hold".

 

QVC will lose a lot of $$$$ today from frustrating its customers🤬🤬🤬

Hmm.I wondered why I couldnt put more of the XXL LocknLock's in my cart. 

The items just wouldnt move there. 

..  Now, I'm getting a "something went wrong" error message.

SO very, very sorry.  You are only as good as your employees.  That part of their IT may need ot reach out IF that is the issue.
