I read about this yesterday Woman Surprised It sold out quickly. Did you get yours?

A 65-inch box of Kraft Mac & Cheese that went on sale at 12:01 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 28, 2025.

Walmart shoppers were in a frenzy for Kraft on Black Friday Nov 28th buying all the food manufacturer’s flatscreen-sized, 65-inch boxes of macaroni and cheese in minutes.

The special-edition product was advertised on social media and in a news release, then became available to purchase on Walmart’s website at 12:01 a.m. on Black Friday. The boxes were sold out within an hour.

The never-before-sold box contains 65 smaller boxes of Kraft Mac & Cheese. That’s 3½ servings per box, or 227 servings, Walmart said. Customers snagged the mac and cheese for $19.37, more than 75% in savings a box

The company said the huge box of mac and cheese probably sold so quickly because it’s a “fantastic product” sold in a "fun collectable format and offered at a great value.”

Yuck, what does one do with it after it's bought?  I wouldn't think of eating it.  Kid's  stuff.

@Kachina624 Well, they accomplished a marketing promo gimmick - it's being talked about more than it would be as a typical marketing campaign. Some of those that purchased it said they are donating a portion of the small boxes to the Food Bank.

Can you imagine the look by the UPS delivery person and neighbors of those that bought it online!

I never ate boxed mac n cheese and neither did my kids---thought it tasted like the box it came in---so no big deal for me. I always made it from scratch.

Pretty much crystallizes everything that's wrong with American eating and shopping habits.

@Calibeach.  Donating would be a great idea.  I hear kids love this stiff and can fix it themselves.

Yuk, never fed this stuff to my kid.  I know it's a favorite but luckily not here.

I nor my children ever had boxed mac & cheese.  Only made from scratch.  I do not believe my grands ever had the box version either.

We all do love Stoffers frozen Mac & Cheese.  Tastes homemade.

@grandma2pkmh  The boxed Mac & Cheese does taste like cardboard.  I tried it 1xs too many.  My household--->Throwup.gif

I like Kraft Mac and Cheese and one of my favorites.  I do not have often though.  Usually as a side if I do.
