I've never had any trouble having any locknlock replaced when they broke. 3wks ago I called for 3 replacement lids and they said they would send them out. Today I received a call from a different number saying I need to have receipt for them. They are 3 yrs old, I don't have the receipts! They said they would make an exception this time, but next time I needed one I would have to have it. I've been collecting them for years so I guess all my old ones won't be replaced.
