Here it is, enjoy!

Raspberry Butter
1 stick (1/4 lb) unsalted butter, room temperature
1/4 C raspberry preserves
2 Tbsp powdered sugar

Place in mixer and beat until well combined. Return to refrigerator to help set. Try to resist eating by the spoonful.

Oh terrific. I was thinking about a different spread to serve with the Blueberry Lime Cream Cheese Pound Cake next time I make it ...... Thinking for Easter this year. I just received a jar of Raspberry Enlightenment from Penzys and want to try it on something soon. This is perfect! (Recipe posted by Adoreqvc on this site last summer.. I love watching her, she is such a wealth of information. The Blueberry Pound Cake sounds amazing! I'm going to have to look it up and give it a try.

I have one for blueberry and lemon but I never thought of blueberries and lime, yum!

I hope you try the lime version. It is so good just as posted. I like lemon too, but this is my favorite. Thanks for posting the butter recipe. Just what I was looking to make. Happy Spring. Cece
