Has an exclusive gold colored mixer that is so purdy.    .  Limited edition, in their ad this morning.

LOL - I saw that and was very tempted.  And I don't even cook!  Woman LOL

Problem is, I don't have any idea about the differences between all the models they have - which would be best and which would be over the top for a "casual" cook or baker.  Until now I've made do with my hand-held KitchenAid mixer.  Gotta love that gold color though!

All in the extras.   You probably just need the basic 250.00 one.

More expensive has the homemade pasta maker, meat grinder, etc.

I used to have one till I bought a Cuisinart.  Kitchen aids are prettier. Haha

@SharkE - Thank you - you may have just convinced me.  I was just discussing with DH about getting a meat grinder so we can make our own ground beef.  (Tired of all the recalls with processed stuff.)  I'll have another look.

Interesting color.  I hadn't seen the ad, so I went to look --with visions of the 1960's harvest gold horrifyingly in my mind.  So happy to see this burnished gold instead.

Not buying though.  I rarely use any of my mixers, big or small.

Yeah, study up on it first

To many people don't know what they want , then, they pay hundreds for something and either take it back or are unhappy.

Should say on the box what all it's capable of doing.

Good Luck !

I saw it in the store the other day and resisted. I want one but I have so much in my kitchen now that I don't want anything else on my counters. I can't lift that thing up and down so I'd have to leave it out. It is a beautiful color.

I saw it in the ad this morning and I wanted it again. Lol.
