That combination sounds wonderful.  I mix cubed cooked potatoes, with peas and sauteed mushrooms.  Husband loves it!

@Zhills I didn't get an notification, I just happened to see this...what the heck. Anyway, I use 1 can sliced white potatoes & 1 can french green beans, drain both cans separately & rinse potatoes, pat dry. Melt a small pat of butter in a skillet, add potatoes, brown & turn, move to 1 side to finish browning & add green beans, I like a nice brown sear on the green beans but cook to perference. After everything is browned I mix them together but that's preference too. I never had a recipe, just copied what my mom did so hope I made the how-to clear...Enjoy.

Sounds so good.  I discovered 'canned potatoes' last year.  Was suprised at how good they are!
