Throwing out Wolfgang's the basket handle I was afraid of, so, started just laying chicken pieces in oil , they float anyway and take out with tongs

same with french fries.

Only allow deep fried food once a month, but, liked the looks of this Krups model. Has 3 baskets, so, I can fry his dark chicken pieces same time I'm doing the fries. Then do the white meat next while we're eating the fries and he's eating legs and thighs. I hate dark meat, stringy. LOL

has timer that coordinates with the temp control. Suppose to receive it the 5th

That sounds so good, fries and chicken.  I've been wanting to get my fryer out to make some cinnamon donuts.

your thinking about pressure cookers. Only got one from walmart that is a Granpappy something like that, one of those little cheapies. Drop kicking the Wolfgang one, so, will just have this Krups one and the granpappy one

Now, pressure cookers ...........that's a different story 6 or 7

has timer corresponding to the selection U choose and the 3 baskets
