@beach-mom  Vinegar?  Never would I ever have thought of that.

Do you steam or sautee the spinach? Just a little sprinkle of white vinegar or some other kind? Sounds interesting!

Hi @candys mine - Mom always steamed it, so I do too. I do sauté once in a while. Once it's cooked, I put a splash of apple cider vinegar on top, then mix it in.  Smiley Happy

I love spinach; it's so versatile. I also like to keep a bag of baby spinach in the freezer and add to soups that I reheat.
