the ones in the picture are perfect for me.  However, I find eggs extremely hard to fry as they appear in the picture.  I have a heck of a time flipping them without breaking the yolk or they fold in half somehow during the flip.  I like them scrambled too.  But NO slimy white stuff is a must for me.

Baked eggs are easy, very rich tasting.  A bit of cream in the bottom of a muffin tin, egg, S&P, top with grated parm.

I love eggs anyway you fix them as long as the white is cooked.  Now I want an egg...I will have one in the morning with toast and a fresh garden tomato
