MONIFA announced that she wrote a cookbook.....coming soon.

128 food recipes for a month......breakfast/lunch/dinner/dessert.

meals for 2 that are easily doubled or tripled.

most are under 500 calories, under ten ingredients, most thirty minutes or less to prepare.

seven mocktail recipes.

(i am not sure yet where it will be sold?)

I'm not necessarily a Monifa fan, but 128 recipes that can be made for two? Short ingredient list, most under 500 calories, and not a prolonged time to make ? I will definitely be looking out for this !

From Monifa's announcement it seems like she is self-publishing. 

Initially it will be available in e-book form, but depending upon interest she says there could be a paper edition also.

I like Monifa also think her presentation are what we want to hear a  good description and think she has improved in a great way since she first started.

Will be looking for her cookbook and really like that it is recipes for 2 but also can be doubled or tripled. and bet healthy as she does talk about her weight loss journey,not losing the weight  fast like some  we have seen on television.
