How do you make gravey after roasting a turkey breast? The good drippings are in the base pan. Can this be put on a stove burner to make the gravey? Thanks for any ideas and help.

All you need to do is to transfer the drippings into another pot by using a turkey baster or simply a pot holder and dumping the tray contents into the pot and then make gravy as usual. I now use a fat separator to help here when using other proteins and the results are great. Since a breast is relatively lean I would probably use a turkey baster to transfer the drippings into the pan.

I just received my Nu Wave and have been reading over and over all the stuff in the cookbook, and someplace I read that it said NOT to put that liner pan on a burner or stove top as it would ruin it. Probably would warp it too.
