for vitamix users

Hello I just got my vitamix today from qvc and would like to use it but i don't have any fresh fruit in the house right now, but i do have frozen now my question is.

on one of the recipes in there book i want to make the peach sorbet and it says to use fresh peaches can i use frozen instead or do you have to use what they tell you to use.
