flavorings & return??

i received the set of three great seasonings flavors yesterday!! the jar of vegetable wasnt sealed completely and had leaked!! it is on the other 2 jars as well!! they were sealed in shrink wrap, all 3 togeather. the cookbook is seperate.i emailed Q, on how to return this.they said in order to get refund, i need to send ALL back!! so i am gonna put this mess back in the wrapper the best way i can, and send it, leaking & all!!! in all the years i have dealt with Q, i have only sent back 4 items, 1 for missing part, one because it didnt fit! one because it was cracked ,now this!!i didnt think they wanted food type items back?? i was at first offer a partial refund, then next email said to send it back!i am so aggrivated, i dont even think i will put this in a ziploc bag!! any body else have a problem with these jars?? thanks nascar fan
