I love this little machine. I have made boiled eggs several times and they have been perfect each time.

This morning I wanted to try an omelet. I used a paper towel and applied butter to the two chambers. I used one egg and added some crumbled bacon. As they were cooking, they swelled up so high that they were hitting the top of the dome. When the machine cut off, all the air came out, but .... the tiny omelets were GREEN! Gross!{#emotions_dlg.thumbdown} I haven't read through the reviews, so this may have been discussed. I think I'll stick to using this machine for boiled eggs.Smile

I have Henrietta Hen. Does anybody remember that old gal? I've had her for years and she always does a good job. Plus, she is a conversation starter when I have guests. They all get a good laugh out of her but love her eggs. docsgirl
