i bought fresh large shrimps, clams, bay scallops, cleaned baby octopus sliced, and cleaned mussels in their shells.

i will steam them in a sauce comprised of sauteed garlic in extra virgin olive oil, with fresh parsley, and white wine until they are fully cooked and all shells have opened.

this seafood sauce will then be served over a bed of fresh Pastosa linguini which was made fresh earlier today.

i will also be serving freshly made garlic bread and white wine.

dessert will be lemon coconut pudding topped with whipped cream freshly whipped to cleanse the palettes.

the house will smell wonderful from all the enticing aromas, and the dinner will taste delicious.
