I like a square pan with the two little handles instead of the one long one.  But the thing with a lot of his cookware is the handles often get hot just on the stove top.  Notice today Curtis is always reaching for the silicon handle protectors during his presentations.  From the look of it kind of surprising that they still get hot since they jut out well enough from the main pan and are attached by two rivets.  I dunno, the pans I have from him have the more solid handles not the ones attached by two small points.

I looked up some reviews for the Curtis Stone cookware.  Some were not happy with the product.  Just check it out before you purchase in case it's not for you.  I decided against purchasing.

@homedecor1, how was your pan damaged? I gave someone a few pieces and she used olive oil everytime and it messed up the nonstick. I´ve always heard that olive oil can damage the nonstick. Do you think that is what happened to your pan?

I have most of his cookware and I love it.

These pans I bought when they were TS a few years ago. I've used them almost everyday & could just be wear & tear.  Even my expensive Caphalon frypans had same issue after years of use.

Last year I bought Wolfgang's new "Elite Plasma" frypans.  Much heavier, and I'm using the 10" nothing sticks without using olive oil/butter and I'll use them when I dispose of CS set.

Received an email stating that my CS Today’s Special is now on back order and may or may not receive it by late February. Nothing indicated back order when I ordered it. I do not like this type of sales technique. I can cancel and may after I think it over.
