Sorry looks like I was tired when I wrote this! What I was trying to say was that I ordered three times. In each shipment, the top was perfect and the bottom of each three was broken. In each order only one corn plate was broken. Is that clearer? Hey, the little plastic corn holders were in perfect shape!

I would be very wary of anything that breaks that easily.

The Pfaltzgraf products are much sturdier...even the old eBay corn items are better quality. I use them all the time (Shawnee).

Since you have already seen the TT corn casserole (3x!), it will be easy for you to compare with the quality of the other pottery manufacturers.

actually, i have not seen it in person or on tv at all, but rather only online.....

i want to see if they have it in the qvc outlet FIRST (no shipping/no tax) and if they dont, then i will try to order it via the website and see what happens. i just LOVE the look of it (it tends to have a more modern feel) better than some of the older/vintage ones i have seen.
