cooks essentials customer service info needed

I bought a set of bakeware around 8 years ago maybe and the only piece left is a leaf pan with a drip tray insert. I remember tossing other pieces as they became rusty and never thought of contacting them for replacement. Do they still exist? My loaf pan is peeling all over and the rust is out of control at this point making it completely unusable. Any experience with the brand and their CS would be appreciated. Thanks!!
