cookbook on e readers?

I want Eat What You Love but can't decide if I want hardcover or kindle. we are downsizing so one less hardcover would be nice. But someone told me kindle versions have fewer photos. Anyone have other cookbooks on ereaders like kindle or nook? What do you think?
