I'll post the formula (LOL) after while.  Soy sauce gives them that pretty color.

1 cup vegetable oil

11/2 cup soy sauce

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

4lbs chicken wings

using a great big zip lock bag (I used 2 gallon or 2 1/2 gallon bag)

whisk together everything except wings in bowl

put wings in bag, pour the marinade over the wings. Seal bag, get air out of bag. Refrigerate and marinade for minimum of 4 hours.

I left mine overnite in refrig so they would stain up well.  cook on grill 350' for 30 minutes , then, turn up the heat to 400 and grill till what degree of doneness you want. keep check on 'em don't want to burn. I want mine well done. Cooked mine for a good hour or so.

Thanks for the formula lol now I know what to do to get the color on those pale things.  Did you see Power Grill TSV coming up?  Wonder if they'll change anything on it.
