I love reading your recipes and things........I have a question.........I can remember traveling thru Staunton, VA, and we stopped (exhusband from Vermont, traveled there often, sometimes driving, sometimes flying) at a restaurant, and they had this wonderful cheese, that you served baked, and I can not remember if the owner was Greek or Portuguese, and I would love to have this cheese again........Please anyone else chime in, if you can help me............Kiss The cheese was served just baked, no toppings or anything.......Cool
