I'm just curious as to what your method of grocery shopping is. I mean, we all have to do it and I'm sure some of us enjoy it while some of us would rather taking a beating than do it!
So, I thought I'd ask you how you handle it. Do you go once a week, every 2 weeks, or just pop in throughout the week whenever you need this or that?
Do you plan your attack by scouting the flyers first, assemblying your coupons, and making your list ahead of time --- or do you just wing it, hoping that your store of choice will have what you need at a decent price?
Do you go to many stores at once because you know 1 store has better prices on certain items and another has better prices on others? Or do you just not want to take the time and energy and just go to one store and that's that?
I always did the dollar store first for paper products, etc., and then hit one main store. But lately since things have gotten so high, I told DH I want to start trying to watch the flyers and couponing a little more and hit some other stores such as Aldi's. He is not too crazy about this as it does take more time. I do find it rather exhausting myself, but am determined to save a few dollars.
Just wondering how everyone handles this every day part of life that for the most part we'd rather do without!!! Thanks!
