Have a question(s) about ceramic style skillets.

Would like to know how well they clean up and cook with? Do these get especially hot when heating up on stove top? I prefer to cook on low-medium heat. By the way, we have an electric stove top. I'm so over the non-stick and aluminum style can be a pain to clean up. Thanks in advance.
