Your Favorite T-Day Leftovers.

I like a good pot pie, but really, I look forward to just a plain old turkey sandwich on white bread, Hellmans mayo, a touch of salt and pepper. Sometimes I go really wild and add iceberg lettuce.

In high school my best friend would come to our house Thanksgiving evening and we would make the same sandwich with Strohmans white bread. Add some Charles chips and a cold Pepsi.

What do you look forward to as far as leftovers?

@withaK   It's weird,  for me Thanksgiving dinner is carb heaven.  I will eat a little turkey but give me the potatoes, stuffing, gravy and baked corn. 1 serving of each and I'm good.  I will say, I didn't even have dessert yesterday.

The day after, it's all about the turkey.

@CrazyKittyLvr2

I am with you.  Turkey sandwich on good white bread with Best Foods mayo is my thing.

This is year I had Maine lobster and lemon risotto.  I was going to mooch a piece of turkey from neighbor across street but they had Prime Rib and Crab Cakes so no turkey for me!
