Re: Your Favorite T-Day Leftovers.

I loved a good turkey sandwich on bread or toast.  I’ll eat the left over asparagus, made stuffing, but I’m not a stuffing lover.  Oh, and some cranberries with that sandwich.  Always room for pumpkin pie.  I bought a cherry pie, but really missed the pumpkin pie this year.  Might have to make one this week.

Re: Your Favorite T-Day Leftovers.

Didn't do a turkey this year, but long ago used to do one and would have a kitchen sink turkey hash the day after. Throw anything savory from Thanksgiving dinner into the pot plus turkey gravy--bite-size pieces of turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, etc.--cooked until it's hot and the flavors are melded. Serve the sweets like cranberries on the side. But if you just want a reprise of the whole dinner, do that. I never did, so hash it was.

Re: Your Favorite T-Day Leftovers.

for the day after, i always heat up a complete plate of turkey, potatoes, stuffing and beans with gravy and sides of waldorf salad and cranberry...  and then on the next few days i eat heaping turkey sandwiches with stuffing and mayo, and whatever is left of waldorf and cranberry.  i can eat that for two or three days and then i am DONE.

Re: Your Favorite T-Day Leftovers.

Definitely stuffing/dressing.  Always make extra just for this reason.
