@SharkE - David stated on ITKWD that those who purchased the Foodi before the free shipping was available would be credited; call customer service or send a message to the moderators (qvcsocialteam@qvc.com), and I'm sure you'll get reimbursed.

@SharkE - I always send all my requests to the social team via email; during the week, they typically respond within an hour, and even on weekends they're really quick. I think it's much easier than waiting and watching the forums for an alert or just hoping a mod sees my request (and I also don't have to share my order woes publicly). ![]()

I called customer service this morning and was told there is nothing they can do about the refund? I ordered mine on the day of the TSV!!!
