Someone suggested I try this sweetner. My husband is diabetic and he cannot stand the after taste of all the other sweetners. I have tried almost all of them and he continues to pick it out...even when I try to tell him I DID use sugar! Well...

Today I made homemade dark chocolate syrup using Wilburs cocoa. The recipe calls for 1 1/2 cups sugar so I substituted 1 cup of sugar w/the Xyla. OMG..This turned out amazing. I had a little trouble with it thickening so I added just a little cleargel and the consistency was perfect.

Has anyone else ever heard of Xyla. I would be interested in your thoughts. I purchased the 100% Xyla from the USA. A little pricy but I was amazed at how good the taste was right out of the bag.
