I always cracked up at how they would take out a box of cellophane wrap or even aluminum foil and get all wrapped up in it to illustrate that no human could possibly navigate any of these things.   It's so amusing.

@chickenbutt - you have obviously never seen me with a box of Saran wrap...it's a comedy act.  Woman WinkWoman LOL

Hey Denise!  Do you get wrapped up like a mummy?  Smiley Happy    It just always cracks me up when they do that.  Uh, yeah - that happens to everybody.  hehe

My worse thing with that is cutting it off and then having it stick to itself.  I work a littler better with the Wrapmaster on top of my big cutting board.

BTW, if you buy Saran Wrap - I found that it was more difficult that others and started buying the 'Glad Wrap' brand many years ago.  Works great but isn't as frustrating as Saran.  Smiley Happy

Not quite a mummy - more of a sailor because of the swearing I do.  Thanks for the tip about Glad.

Funny story, when I cleaned my MIL's house after she passed away, she had about 13 boxes of celophane wrap in her cupboard.  Guess she got frustrated, too, and would just buy another fresh one.

Ever since I discovered the STRETCH-TITE brand of plastic wrap, I won't  touch  Saran Wrap or another brand.  Mine just is easier to use.

I buy it at Costco (it's also available in our local grocery stores) and do use Wrapmasters for both plastic wrap and aluminum foil. Bu even without the Wrapmaster, the film is just easier to manipulate and easily seal a bowl  to go into the fridge or any  food that will be frozen in some additional sealed container.

I, too, spent a big part of my life wrestling with unruly plastic wraps.  Not anymore.
