@chickenbutt  Hearing how they attempt to manipulate the reviews really rubs me the wrong way.  I don't care how "golden" he may be to them, I want honest reviews left up, unless they're deemed inappropriate (according to established guidelines and decency, not what the powers-that-be feel we should see).  @chickenbutt, I mean no negativity towards you or your comment.  :-)

Hey Ruthie!   BTW, love your 'Hello Kitty'.  I know I'm an older woman, but I think Hello Kitty is the cutest.

Anyway, it is unfortunate.   I monitored numerous items there over the years and saw them to do one of two things, routinely - 1)   They just flat delete negative reviews from certain items; and 2) they would just take the same exact item/configuration and change it to a new item number, thereby causing the reviews on the previous item number for that item to go 'poof'.

I don't know - I guess it's just merchandising but I also disagree most vehemently with it.

Unfortunate, yes!  Not until you mentioned how they've changed item numbers, did a light bulb go off in my head.  Of course!  I have seen that!  Sheesh....  Not cool.  I've noticed how the mini rice cooker has gone through many incarnations/versions, and of course, every time, it changes item numbers.  Then all or some of the reviews either seem to migrate over (for a while?), or disappear.  If QVC has ever done this, I honestly have not noticed.

I only had 1 zucchini left and I tried it yesterday.  The zucchini wasn't as firm as it probably should have been, but it turned out great.   Came out looking just like spaghetti.  Going to try the carrots I have tomorrrow and see how that works out.  So far so good for me.

I just returned mine; could not even put it together.  The pink color  was nice though.

They do the same thing with Joy Mangano's bad reviews also.  They delete everything and have the nerve to say "please be the first to review this product."
