Has he ever made a full size mixer?

I seem to recall that he had a stand mixer a number of years ago.  It was shown on hsn.   I don't know any more about it than that, however.  I'd probably go with Bosch (they used to make KA but no more) or Viking, or one of those of excellent quality.  Smiley Happy

It would seem like the sort of thing to bring out again, IMO.  But lately it seems like tv shopping has become kind of 'trendy'.  Like, the air fryers and the super pots, or whatever they are called, etc.

I'm not a Puck fan, but he did used to make good quality pots and pans.  They were heavy 18/10 ss with the tri-ply base.  One time, several years ago, I had the need for another stock pot and bought one of his from hsn.  It just was not at all the same quality.  That was a shame.

Everything is like that.

For example, just this week, my IBC root beer went from a 6 pack to a 4 pack. Can't remember if the price was the same or not probably was .

2 bottles of soda less and cost the same as the 6 pack.

Pretty soon eggs will be a 4 container or 8 LOL

He did make one with a blender attachment.  I have it.  I have used it many, many times since I got it in 2005.  It is like a tilt head KA.  When I replace it, it will be with a KA pro 6qt for ease of access to the bowl.  I do like the open top mixer that Evine/Cook's Companion offered in December.  I would love to get my hands on one of those for smaller jobs and lighter doughs, as some of my cookies are a tough dough like the Neiman Marcus cookies.  Ebay has them, so I'll probably order from there.

A full size mixer?

I got the KA mini  that's a smaller mixer. Made a angel food cake in it this morning and it almost ran over . You know how angel food batter multiplies, but, it did fine.

Full size mixer only one is King (in the 300-400 range) and that's the Cuisinart. One color, yuck, but, it's a good solid mixer. One bowl, too.

I wouldn't pay any more then that.

Yes, it ix a full sized mixer.  We got it from Sam's for around $179 or $200 or so.  The blender isn't the best, mainly because my roommate at the time was, and still is, and idiot.  She put it on wrong and messed up the container.  It wasn't a good blender, so I just let it be and made her buy a blender.

Wow ! that's to bad that happened.

My idiot Aunt put in a wrong cord to a waffle maker or toaster forget which and it fused out on her. Cord smoked. That was the end of that appliance

Most stuff nowdays cord is attached, but, like a deep fryer has those stupid drop away cords (I hate) for people who have kids , etc.

People need to be careful. I put cord inside the appliance then put away .

she was the type who had a drawer full of cords and if it fit, fine, but, nope when the juice hit it

bam mmmmmmmmm
