If you used a bundt pan that is dark, then you must turn your oven temp down by 25*. I can't tell you how many cakes I ruined because I didn't do that. Also I always set my timer for about 10 minutes short of the recommended time and start testing with a toothpick. You can always add more time but can't take it away.

Thank you all for your help!! One more question please? Do you butter and flour pan or use baking spray, aka Pam with flour? Can you use sugar along with the butter instead of flour so that there isn't a white dusting on cake afterwards? Thank you for much for helping me again.

I like to use Baker's Joy

Baker's Joy The Original No-Stick w/Flour Baking Spray, 5 Oz

You should be able to get it at any grocery store

This works great but I've tried the other brands too, with much success!

Thank you for sharing about other brands working because I have not been able to find the Baker's Joy in my little town! Found Pam's version at Stater Bros. Thank you.
