As a kid I picked any flavored popsicle except for orange, never really cared for orange pop either but I do like creamsicles.

I hate orange flavoring too! It's all from me detesting St. Joseph's Childrens Aspirin. I hated the taste and still do to this day!

   Orange comes in second to cherry . 

Am sure those cherry ones  I ate in the 1960's had plently of that canerous  artificial coal-tar and petroleum-based dyes red dye  #2 ( Amaranth )  which  has been banned . Never liked  the grape ones .

Funny, abt the St Joesph's  childrens  aspirin ASA being orange flavored . When I was abt  5 , I thought they were candy similiar to those sour  candies .

 Red dye #2 was banned in 1976

Red dye # 3  was banned in 2025

lime popsicles have always been my favorite, followed by orange. lime are not always easy to find.

grape and cherry are my least favorite.

this box has 18 total.....i would assume 6 of each flavor?

@BunSnoop   my husband was a huge consumer of Popsicles and always asking me to look for a box of just one flavor....maybe it was banana.  I was never a big fan but did enjoy snocones when younger but have no idea who sells them now.  I'm more of a chocolate ice cream woman, by the pint.

@sunshine45 , that's the variety box I usually buy.  Yes, you would think 6 of each flavor, but it's usually more like 5-cherry, 5-grape and 8-orange?     Everything always comes down to cost so I can only think orange much be cheaper to make than the other colors.   

When I'm really hot from working outside and just need something to cool me off, I usually don't care what flavor it is, but cherry and grape are my favorites.
