So, I am going to try to make cinnamon buns for my neighbors for Christmas and I see different recipes with different sugar fillings...regular and brown sugar. Which is most preferred and what is the difference in the taste? I know I am going to make a cream cheese icing and I purchased a really good cinnamon but I am stumped on which sugar to use. Thank you.
