Retta Jo, Put in the search box Vitamix Recipes and you will see a list of some of them. Also when you click on TSV scroll down a little and you will see three more listed and then check the other Vitamix blenders and see if they have others listed. Also on the Vitamix web site click on at the top "For Home" and that page at the top has Recipes and click on that.
