yep, Q has them but only in 3 colors--Red, Spice & Hot Pink. Some of the posters that have ordered the hot pink are saying it is more the color of salmon (FYI)

I do 'stand-up' deviled eggs, and use both ceramic egg trays and Temp-Tations cranberry and green mini muffin pans. The egg trays come in either a 2 X 6 or 4 X 3 configuration in many colors. I have white, red, green and blue ones. Use red & green for Christmas, blue and white for Chanukkah. Red, white and blue for Memorial day and 4th of July, etc.

Since I often do 5 - 10 dozen eggs at a time, I prefer to use small eggs - they are more easily handled by guests, cook in less time (I do large quantities either in pressure cooker or 4th burner pots with a basket).

I like to 'line' the egg holders with curly lettuce for presentation. Also makes sure the eggs sit upright. Unlike most deviled egg plates, even without lettuce or grape leaf liners, upright deviled eggs won't slide around in an egg tray.

WOW!! I never had thought of using the TT mini muffin pans for deviled eggs! What a great idea! 5-10 dozen at a time? that's lots of eggs!! I usually will do about a dozen when I have them. Now I am going to have to go look at the muffin pans...thanks for sharing!

I often do for gun club luncheons (100 - 125 bodies) when I opt to do appetizers, unless I'm doing meats and smoking brisket, sausage and pig leg. Seems all these Southerner's prefer my Yankee deviled eggs to the ones any one else brings. I'm now the 'sole' provider. Maybe one day I'll let them in on what makes mine taste different. Then no one will eat them. {#emotions_dlg.devil2}
