Re: Where can I get an Electric Stock Pot?

I found it. It is a Cook's Essential 8 Qt Electric Pot.

You are welcome to it. Otherwise I am going to donate it.

I use my crock pot to make soups, chili and stews. Never used this. I thought my husband would like it but he prefers a electric flying pan.

Presto makes one and it can be found on Wayfair.com. It's about $30.00. I have the Cooks Essentials 8qt pot and I use it all the time. Have another one still in the box in case this one stops working.

Wow it was definitely worth getting up today as I have an amazing collection of appliances that occupy 3 large origami racks, but I never heard of an electric stock pot,, What is it and what is it used for?

It is just a large, in this case, 8 quart stockpot, but it was electric. I used it to make soups, spaghetti sauce, etc.

What about a nice stainless steel stock pot and an induction hot plate?

that's what I was going to suggest also. I love my NuWave induction burner for that purpose. Plus, it has more uses as well -- multifunction piece.
