Where Is My Milk From?

If you go to this site and enter the code, it will tell you where your milk came from. The code is usually next to your expiration date and is hyphenated. Mine was 24-010, which is in Maryland, not too far, but father than I prefer. I found this very interesting. I think you can use this for almost any dairy item.

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!

Mine is from the dairy farm down the road from me. Well, it's down the road if I take one of the hiking trails through the woods.

Do they have photos of the donor cows on that site? I don't have any milk so I can't look it up, but I'd like my milk to come from attractively spotted cows who gaze shyly at the camera and stop chewing their cuds while being photographed. No udder display, either.
