We had chuck roast, roasted potatoes and carrots last night.  One pot meal.  Super easy and shredded the rest of the beef for sandwiches tonight. It was so good.  

Winter returned this week.  Snow flurries, but back into the 20's low 30's.  Ok for spring to start.  ☘️☔️🐇💐

Creamy white chili and caramel banana muffins.

Stir fry shrimp over rice, mushrooms, onions, shredded carrots, sugar snap peas and cashews. Sprinkled with lower sodium soy sauce.

Very chilly and forecast for tomorrow is the same and then snow for Friday! Hope it will miss here. Have a nice evening.

Tonight I heated up some pulled pork that I had in the freezer, alongside the leftover cabbage and potatoes from Sunday.

It was easy and delicious.

Tonight was our granddaughters softball game at 6:30 so I picked up deli sandwiches and chips for a quick meal
They won their game

DH and I are having center cut pork chops with a green bean salad.

Meatloaf with mashed potatoes and green bean casserole. Fruit salad of strawberries, blueberries and bananas.

Preparing for possible heavy snowfall tonight and tomorrow; calling for several inches & low visibility. Glad we are retired & can just stay home. Did our shopping, got meal meals for several days set.

I accommodated everyone's requests tonight with burger and beans (trucker daughter), baked dressing (teacher daughter), potato cakes (husband), fried cabbage (me), and cucumbers and onions in vinegar (just because they needed to be used).   

I wasn't expecting to cook much tonight thinking a turkey and gravy entree and the baked stuffing for 3 of us.  However, trucker daughter dragged in with what seems to be an upper respiratory infection; she finished her main run, then came home, rather than turn for another trip.  

Looks like I'll be heading to the grocery store in the morning!

on the way home I stopped by the shoe store to get new

Tonight we had the leftover beef tips w/gravy , mashed potatoes, on Texas toast
