This morning I started prepping for Easter, so this is the last night I'm cooking a regular dinner for a while. We're having a new recipe, stuffed chicken breasts. This pic is from the website where the recipe originated.

It looks fancy, but seems pretty easy. I'll let you know if mine turned out looking like this. My guess is that it won't, lol.

I could copy the recipe here, but if you go to the blog and search "stuffed chicken breasts" you will get all the directions.
Here's the link, if the moderators allow it. They sometimes don't and I'm not sure why that is.
ETA: Mine turned out nicely, looked almost as pretty as the picture. It was good, but not spectacular. Worth trying if you want something different.

Good evening everyone. The last couple of nights we had leftovers. Yestauday my mil made Easter bread .some plain and some with raisins. And she made 8 loafs and its really good. Yestauday I made pie crust and today i made 4 ricotta pies. I just a piece they came out really good. I flavor them with just a little bit of lemon juice and lemon zest and vanilla. Everyone have a great holiday weekend.

@Pooky1 Does the ricotta pie have a regular pie crust? A neighbor once made a pie that was so good and had a regular crust but was more of a not-really-sweet cheesecake and it was wonderful. I asked for her recipe and she said "Oh it's just a cheese pie."
