Tonight we're having batter dipped tilapia, rice and peas.  Thunderstorms predicted here and that's fine with me. After three days of running around after a toddler, I don't plan to go ANYWHERE!

Good afternoon everyone. Nice sunny day today .for the first time this year I went outside and trimmed the grapevine and and cleaned up all flowers from last years dead growth and the dog loved going out for a while. I came in and cooked dinner. mushrooms ground sausage with pasta and a cream sauce. Quick meal like 45 minutes. Have a great night everyone.

Beautiful warm day here today. We'll be having BLTs and frozen steak fries. DH prefers when I make my own "oven fries", but guess what... I didn't ask his opinion this time!

@house_cat ----I got to ALDI this morning and, finally , got some lettuce for BLT. Also got some spring mix for salad. I won't have fries but will join you in the sandwich.....or 2

I got some fresh haddock filets so tonight is shallow fried haddock, french fries or salad, haven't decided.yet.

I went all out and roasted a,whole duckling......had with orange/apple sauce, sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts .  Tomorrow pizza .
