Got our rain from 4 to 7 this morning!  Windy but pleasant! 

 

Gonna make Artichoke, Mushroom Baked Chicken with buttered noodles for dinner!

 

Can't believe tomorrow it's May!

I have many favorites! Couldn't make up my mind between beef & broccoli or chicken & string beans. There's always next time!

@kate2357, I'll take some brisket off your hands. None of our grocery stores have it in their meat case. Have to special order it but I'm sure it would be very costly. It sounds delicious!

He does have to special order it at his favorite meat place. I don't even ask how much he pays....he wants what he wants. I am way more frugal than my husband.

 

He loves his smoked brisket and I think he loves to torment our neighbors with the wonderful smell.
