I was thinking about that this weekend. When we have company, the old 9 x 13 pans often get a workout. For the 2 of us, the 9 x 9 pans and loaf pans often are used. I also use a 10" cast iron skillet sometimes for cornbread or an apple pie.
I was just wondering what you use, and how many people you feed with the different sizes! I have some regular metal pans, a couple of Emile Henry loaf pans from the sale table, a couple of Apilco white oval bakers (also from the sale table) and quite a bit of the old Corelle with the blue flower! I have that big oblong baker and it is a treasure! It holds quite a bit of dressing!
