What's your favorite wine?

I found this wine on vacation this year, and just got to wondering what someone else's favorite wine might be. We have some winerys in the area and I've never been to one to sample different ones. Anyone else have comments on this? (The one I like now, Selbach-Oster, 2008 have 2010, Riesling-Kabinett.) Some wines are good with certain meats or meals I guess. I'm curious.
