What's the best frying pan

I just took a calphalon pan out of the dishwasher and it looks horrible....scratches and a film over it. I have thrown away Tefal, and a Circulon, too. I still have my Stainless Revereware that is 40 years old, but it is not non-stick. Is there a good non-stick skillet out there?
