After dinner snack - 

* Some macadamia nuts and Lily’s white chocolate chips.

Will try something a little different.  Will roast a yam then open and fork it loose like I would a baked potato, top it with a home made salsa mix.  I might roast some mushrooms and bell pepper along with the yam and chop them on top, then add the salsa.  How bad can that be?  Am trying to eat more vegetables.

 

ETA: I skipped the salsa.  Mushrooms and bell pepper were plenty with the yam and a small piece of Cod, all cooked in the Foodi Air Fryer on "bake".  I love that machine.
