For DH, tilapia filet (saute), boiled shrimp, and broccoli.

For me, romaine/cabbage/red onion salad topped with Penzys buttermilk ranch, and a side of chicken thigh.

@QVCkitty1  I'm making Geoffrey Zakarian's Pork Shoulder Pot Roast With Winter Vegetables. I saw a rerun of The Kitchen a few days ago and have been obsessed with it since then. DH is not a fan of GZ, but this looked really good. It should come out of the oven in about 1 and 1/2 hours. I'm not doing the garnishes, because we eat it throughout the week, and they will get soggy.

@Mz iMac   I have been on a Shrimp Lo Mein kick lately.  I usually get Garlic Chicken but got a wild hair and tried the lo mein about 2 months ago.

We had chinese last week and I got a large order.  Guess what I had for breakfast the next day?  Leftover Shrimp Lo Mein. Breakfast of champions.

Made bbq sticky wings on the Pit Boss yesterday.

Made a peach pork loin on the Pit Boss today.

Now we have some leftovers next week.

The wings are good re-heated in the air fryer.

I went super easy tonight.  Air Fryer Buffalo Wings (in my NinjaFoodi Grill), celery sticks, and blue cheese dressing.

Last night it was Spaghetti and a salad.  Tonight it is tacos.

Temps near 60 today in SE WI so definitely something for the grill. Will pick up some nice steaks, make twice baked potatoes, sauteed mushrooms & garlic to top steaks. Have good salad ingredients to round out the meal. Maybe ice cream & cookies for dessert.
Getting our first Covid vaccine shots tomorrow so treating ourselves for dinner today!

Enjoy the day!
